Who this is for

For active people who want a clear path back

Your plan starts with an evaluation and progresses based on your goals, your irritability, and what your sport or activity requires.

Manual therapy can help, but the long-term plan is built around movement, strength, load tolerance, and confidence.

  • Active adults who want more than a generic exercise sheet
  • Athletes and gym-goers returning after pain or injury
  • Golfers whose pain or stiffness affects practice or play
  • People who want one-on-one care without handoffs
  • Patients who want to rebuild strength and confidence
One-on-one mobility work during physical therapy at Wampler Sports Performance.

For golfers

Golf-related pain gets a golf-aware plan

Golfers can receive rehabilitation that considers the swing, walking the course, practice volume, mobility, strength, and return-to-play goals.

If you are mainly looking for performance testing, start with the Golf Body + Performance Evaluation. If pain is the main issue, start with a physical therapy evaluation.
